Emergency Tree Work
A tree that has come down does not wait for office hours. Neither do we — the phone is answered around the clock and the emergency kit stays on the van.
If power lines are involved, call 105 first. Never approach a tree touching cables, and keep everyone well clear of hung-up limbs — they can drop without warning.
What we attend
If it is unsafe, it counts as an emergency.
We would always rather take a call that turns out to be nothing than get one the following morning after something has fallen.
- Tree down across a driveway, road or footpath
- Limb hanging or split over a roof, conservatory or car
- Tree leaning after high winds or saturated ground
- Storm-damaged crown with hangers still in the canopy
- Tree fouling a fence line, boundary wall or outbuilding
- Commercial site or car park needing immediate make-safe
Call, any hour
We triage on the phone and tell you immediately whether to stay clear, call the power network or wait indoors.

Made safe first
Exclusion zone, cordon, then the hazard removed, propped or dismantled depending on what is stable.
