Who we are
Greenline Property & Tree Services, 85 Beatty Rd, Stanmore HA7 4EU, is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us on 07562 564302 or at greenlineproperty12@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you complete a quote form, call, email or message us we collect your name, contact details, the address of the property and whatever description or photographs you send about the work. If we visit the site we may take photographs of the trees or grounds for quoting and record purposes.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send you a quotation and arrange a site visit.
- To carry out the work, including any statutory notifications to your local council.
- To raise invoices and keep accounting records required by law.
- To handle warranty, insurance or complaint matters after the work is finished.
Our lawful bases are performing a contract with you, taking steps at your request before entering into one, and our legitimate interest in running the business and keeping accurate job records.
Photographs of completed work
We sometimes publish before and after photographs of jobs. These never include your name, full address or any identifying detail of the inside of your property. If you would prefer that photographs of your garden are not used, tell us at any point and we will remove them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with our accountant, our insurer where a claim arises, our website and email providers who host the systems we use, and local authorities where a Tree Preservation Order or conservation area notification is required.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after twelve months. Records for completed work are kept for six years to meet accounting and insurance obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email greenlineproperty12@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary to make pages load and the contact form work. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Questions
Anything here you'd like clarified? Just ask.
A site visit costs nothing and takes twenty minutes. You get a written, fixed price and honest advice — including when the answer is that the work can wait.
